Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 4 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Original tags and labels must be attached.
- The product must be in its original condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Exchange Allowed For:
- Wrong size received.
- Wrong item received.
- Manufacturing defect.
- Damaged item upon delivery.
Return & Refund Policy
Refunds are only available if:
- The item received is defective or damaged.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The ordered item is unavailable after payment.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Used, washed, or altered jeans.
- Items without original tags.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences.
Return Process
- Contact us within 4 days of receiving your order.
- Send your order number and clear photos of the product.
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Shipping Costs
- If the mistake is from our side (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For size exchanges requested by the customer, return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
